We work with Discord server owners and server managers who want a custom feature, automation workflows, custom integrations, or a tailored bot experience they cannot get from any available public bots.
Simple or complex, we can do it. If you're looking for a single feature, we can do it. If you need to manage an entire server with 10k+ users, we can do it.
The final cost depends on the features, integrations, dashboard needs, hosting expectations, polish level, and support requirements. The $99 deposit is credited toward the final custom bot quote.
It reserves review time, opens the short request intake, and is credited toward your custom bot project.
The $99 deposit is credited toward accepted custom bot work. Refund requests are reviewed case by case before build work starts.
Pay the deposit, submit the short intake, then receive a response within 72 business hours. Some smaller or very clear bot requests can be ready in as little as 24 hours after review.
No. The intake forms are for project details only. If a project later needs sensitive setup details, we will arrange a separate secure handoff after review. Do not paste secrets or payment card numbers into intake forms.
Yes, as long as the request is safe and allowed by Discord and third-party platform rules. Custom personality bots, event bots, launch bots, games, private utilities, and polished server-specific commands are all valid ideas.
Yes. Most customers choose a fully managed custom bot, but we can also scope client-owned hosting, code access, clear update notes, and optional paid support when that ownership model makes sense.
Yes, if that is part of the agreed handoff. We can include plain instructions for getting into the bot, checking what happened, making safe updates, and asking us for paid support when you want help.
Hosting and account costs are separate from our setup and support work. We can help set them up, but the accounts and ongoing provider bills belong to you unless a written quote says otherwise.
Possibly. The current request flow assumes we create and manage the bot application unless another ownership or handoff model is agreed in the project scope.
Hosting is discussed during review. We offer to fully host and manage the bot or let you host and manage it. The choice is yours.
Absolutely. There are limitations when working with other bots, but we can handle most tasks.
We will not build bots for spam, mass-DM abuse, credential theft, token grabbing, malware, unauthorized scraping, platform-rule evasion, or other abusive behavior. All other content is generally allowed.
Bring the bot idea, the server name, what should improve, your timeline, budget range, and any examples that explain the workflow. Discord IDs and setup details can come later.
The intake is for project details only. If sensitive setup details are needed after review, we will arrange a separate secure handoff. Use the Support Guide when we ask for setup details later.
